I am more than honored to share the teachings of Yoga with all of you. This weekend marks our 10 Year Anniversary and it has been a magical start to our next chapter…
To all my teachers present, past and to all my students who are also beams of light and love in my life I am grateful for knowing you.
My hope for all who come to COIL is to be inspired to dive in with courage, love and hope to the parts of themselves where we need to cast some inner light and love for clarity and peace. I hope COIL Yoga continues to be a sanctuary for all and I invite you to join us as we start our next chapter…
