Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, COIL offers classes for all levels of yoga practice. Click on the Class title to find out about class descriptions and which level is best suited for you.
Want to just drop-in? We offer drop-in, monthly, yearly, private and senior rates.
- Your practice begins when you walk in the door
- Arrive 10 Minutes before class to register
- Avoid eating heavy meals 1-2 hours before practicing Yoga.
- We suggest you wear fitted comfortable clothing for class.
- Please turn off all cell phones and other electronic devices while in the studio
- Avoid wearing\ colognes or perfumes to class
- Yoga mats are available for rental or purchase.
- We encourage you to purchase your own mat for hygienic reasons.
- Please keep the studio and props neat and organized for other students.
- All classes are subject to change and cancellation.
