ANUSARA YOGA

Anusara literally means “going with the flow” or “following your heart.” Anusara is a heart-oriented style of yoga that follows the Tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness. By looking within, each student can in turn reflect their individual ability through asana practice. Students can expect to utilize the Universal Principles of Alignment as they explore their individual creative potential by performing a variety of poses from the “inside out.” Anusara is open to people of any age and level of ability.
