Intermediate/Advanced Vinyasa

Evolve your practice to new dimensions. This is a vigorous class for experienced students looking for a more challenging practice mentally and physically. Pranayama, asana, mudra, bandhas and meditation practices are integrated with an emphasis on cultivating mindfulness and connectedness to the physical and more subtle energy bodies. This class is not suitable for students with less than 6 months experience. Class time 90 min.
