Intro to Yoga Basics Series with Louise Bauer Davoli

Discover the magic of Yoga with this 8 week introductory series is designed especially for those students with little to no experience with Yoga This new series will give students a solid foundation from which they will learn about the architecture of asanas (postures) break down the breath work, discuss the health benefits of Yoga and introduce the basic history of Yoga. This is strongly suggested for NEW students to Yoga. This series can also be taken with the Intro to Yoga Basics Weekend Workshop at the end of the month to give students an even more solid foundation. Yoga has the potential to profoundly impact the quality of your life on many levels. Learning how to manage stress, maintain flexibility, gain strength and energy are crucial ingredients on your journey to Conscious, Open, Integrated, Living.
