SOFT FLOW / YIN YOGA

Unwind your body from tension, flow softly into a more open state of being and rejuvenate youself! This class will focus on slow yoga flows to increase vital energy and circulation while maintaining ease within the postures. Yin yoga postures will be combined to stretch deeply into the joints of the body where pain and stiffness reside. This class is for everyone! All ages and levels of ability are welcome.
