Pre/Post Natal Yoga

Empower yourself and your baby during your pregnancy with Yoga. This class will explore ways to bring strength, comfort, peace and relaxation to you during and after your pregnancy. Guided breathing exercises along with traditional Yoga postures and restorative poses will be tailored to meet the needs and capabilities of each expecting mother. This class will also explore how to use Yoga to ease childbirth and the Post Natal phase of pregnancy. Come and enjoy nurturing support from other moms, and your COIL Yoga instructor!
